Energy and Mining
Cirrus provides services to power utilities and government agencies to complete relicensing support, environmental baseline reports, bathymetric and sediment modeling, water quality monitoring plans and continued monitoring during rehabilitation, and remediation plans. Site Plans are completed in accordance with the Settlement Agreement and FERC licensing procedures.
Cirrus assists its clients to develop documentation in accordance with NEPA regulations, for coal and mineral mining. Work includes NEPA documentation, biological and physical surveys for proposed mine expansion activities, and interpretation of mine engineering analysis impacts.
